PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation of receipt will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours.
Rescheduling of sessions POLICY
Rescheduling of sessions is only allowed with a minimum 24 hours notice in advance of your scheduled session. If cancelled with less than 24 hours of your session, the session will be automatically deducted from your purchased package.
LATE
When a coachee is late the end time of the session will remain the same, the lost time is forfeited.
EXPIRY
A purchase of 4 sessions will expire unless used within 2 months unless there is a written agreement to extend the coaching sessions over a longer period.
A purchase of 8 sessions will expire unless used within 4 months unless there is a written agreement to extend the coaching sessions over a longer period.
A purchase of 12 sessions will expire unless used within 6 months unless there is a written agreement to extend the coaching sessions over a longer period.
It is the coachee’s responsibility to get in touch with the coach to schedule future sessions. In order to guarantee a slot at a preferred time, minimum 2 weeks notice is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
Danielle Smith Coaching FZE-LLC offers a 100% satisfaction warranty. If you are not satisfied with the services delivered you should notify Danielle Smith Coaching in writing within 24 hours of the session in question and request a refund explaining clearly why you are not satisfied. If not notified within 24 hours after the session has taken place, no refund will be given for that session.
Refunds will be done within 30 days through the original method of payment or bank transfer.
